Tyne gangway provides in-house solutions to meet the client’s needs, the workshop staff ensure that deadlines are met and in many cases expectations are exceeded.
Tyne gangway provide a full fabrication and welding capability, we employ time served fabricators and welders.
The workshop is equipped with the latest MIG welding equipment, producing higher quality welds and demonstrates less potential for defects.
Tyne Gangway are qualified to EN 1090 factory production controls, this assists the organisation to control materials and consumables from approved suppliers.
Manufacturing is enabled by our design team producing 2D and 3D drawing packages, allowing the fabrication and design teams to visualise the product. Detailed drawings are released to the workshop after client approval.
November 2024 TGS expanded their fabrication capabilities, opening up exciting new possibilities for CARBON STEEL projects. Thanks to our new, larger carbon steel fabrication shed, we can now produce carbon steel components entirely in-house, allowing us to enhance project timelines, quality, and scheduling control to an unprecedented level.
With this increased capacity, we’re now equipped to take on carbon steel gangways and a wider range of structural solutions, from tower access frameworks to sturdy trusses and lifting beams, we can now offer more to meet your exacting needs.
