Tyne gangway has designed and built a 28m offshore wind turbine Marin Access Gangway. The crane deployed gangway will be used to access Turbine foundations during the installation phase on the Merkur project.

Tyne Gangway has installed three Telescopic Self-Levelling Stepped Gangways in the USA.

Two of the gangways have been commissioned and are now ready to service Oil Barges. The third gangway will be commissioned in the next few weeks.

Due to space constraints, the gangways have been designed to be stored vertically and withstand hurricane force winds.

Tyne Gangway shipped 3 off 26m long Aluminium Bridges to Cornwall. The 3m wide bridges were loaded onto specialist extendable wagons.

The convoy was lead by special escort vehicles and later joined by Devon & Cornwall police on the final leg into Falmouth.
