This week, our Managing Director, James Russell, led an insightful and collaborative town hall session for the Tyne Gangway (Structures) Limited team. In his address, James provided a comprehensive overview of our company’s current landscapeβ€”highlighting our challenges, recent strategic changes, key successes, and vision for the future. This transparent update helped us understand where we stand and where we are heading as an organization.

The session also featured a Q&A segment, giving everyone a valuable platform to ask questions and share their perspectives. It’s always inspiring to hear the unique insights and ideas from across the team, whether in this setting or other forums. These conversations are invaluable as we move forward together, staying aligned and supporting one another in achieving our shared goals.

A big thank you to everyone who participated. Everyone’s engagement and feedback will make all the difference in shaping our journey ahead!

Tyne Gangway is looking forward to taking part in this team-building event organised by the Armed Forces Covenant, which allows businesses to reconnect face to face with their teams while working together on some fun military-themed challenges. These challenges range from coming up with a team solution to move and recover a vehicle that is stranded, to rescuing a casualty and many more fun things! Our team for this event is James Russell, Jack Dixon, Michael Qunian, Carl Nisbet, David Nash, and Nathan Shepherd, good luck and have fun!
